In 1919 Gerald Grover a man with a vision opened an Estate Agency near where Doncaster Shopping Town is today. Some years later Stuart Dawson entered into partnership with Gerald and the business of Grover Dawson was formed.
The agency pioneered the selling and subdivision of orchards into homesites throughout the City of Manningham.

Today Stuart’s son Robert Dawson together with his son Benjamin Dawson continue the tradition of personalised service and take pride in the fact that Dawson Real Estate is the oldest active Estate Agency in the City of Manningham.
Besides having a long and proven track record marketing of residential properties throughout Doncaster, Templestowe, Donvale and Warrandyte the agency today caters for a wide cross section of real estate services.
